MCM is an orientation programme to build the capacity of CRCCs on FLN directly & FLN Teachers & HMs indirectly. Every month orientation on MCM was organized to orient the CRCCs of month-wise academic programme, Monograde & Multigrade lesson plan & its transaction & other things. The CRCCs are organized the MCM at their cluster to orient the FLN teachers and HMs every 3^rd Saturday of each month.
